TRANSAMERICA's TRANS CARE II plan is a reimbursement plan providing long term         care coverage for care anywhere, at home, in an assisted living, at a adult day care center or nursing home.  The policyholder is reimbursed for expenses covered under the plan up to the plan maximum. This plan has a Partial Monthly Cash Benefit option that lets you choose to receive partial cash benefit payments.  This benefit is paid directly to you in lieu of all other benefits, except the Optional Care Coordination Benefit. MUTUAL OF OMAHA's Secure Solution and Custom Solution plans are reimbursement plans providing coverage for all levels of long-term care.  It also has a Partial Monthly Cash Benefit option for care at home, in an assisted living, in a adult day care center or nursing home. This cash payment is paid directly to you.  All benefits may be used for any assistance, services, or care. View the brochure to learn complete details.
